Do you want to be "RICH"

  

The above question I was asked by a friend. This question got me silenced for minutes and I eventually answered him in affirmative. 

Now I am throwing the question out to you. Do you want to be "RICH"?

I Think your answer to my question is "YES" I hope I guess right? No man on earth is be willing to be poor. We desire so much in our minds to be “RICH” But how many are ready to pay the price attached to being RICH?

“IF YOU CAN’T PAY THE PRICE, YOU CAN’T WIN THE PRICE” This is simply to tell you that, the road to the top is never rosy. Before anyone could get to the height of success, there are prices you must be willing to pay.

Many are those who desire so much to be wealthy in life, or should I say they aspire so much to also make the Forbes list. However, How many people are willing to be a servant. The truth is, No MASTER has not for once been a SERVANT? I doubt it if there is one. So you must be ready to serve. "Service Provider is one of the keys that unlock the room of riches."

WHAT IS SERVICE: According to Oxford English Dictionary, Service is a system that provides what the public needs. When you have a platform that provide for peoples need, they will surely pay you for rendering such services and this is what we call EXCHANGE.

What service are you rendering to the public? Who are the people you serve? I have come to realise that, the richest people in the world today are not those who work so hard, but those who think and also profer solution to people’s problems. I call them the “PROBLEMS SOLVER OR SOLUTION PROVIDER” When you solve people’s problem, they will be willing to pay you some money in order for their problems to be solved.

So, if anyone wants to be rich, think of what you can do to serve people, or rather to solve peoples problem.

Let me highlight on two or three areas on you can be a service provider or a problem solver.

TRANSPORTATION: Millions of people need to go out on a daily basis to their offices, to the market et al. Don’t you think you could make so much money if you have one vehicle out their to convey people to their various destination? We live in a country where everyone cannot afford to buy a car of their own, so going into transportation business is a means of servicing people and also solving the masses problem.

CAFETERIA: “ A HUNGRY MAN IS AN ANGRY MAN” This connotes that, people cannot do without food daily. As we also know that food is life, going into cafeteria or eatery business means you are giving lives to people, and they will be glad enough to pay some money for the service you render to them.problems you solved for them. 

CONSULTANT: Many coporate organizations, Multi-National Companies, Advertising Agencies, Small Business Enterprise (SME) today needs the service of a consultant.

Who is a consultant: A consultant is a person who knows a lot about a subject and it’s employed to advise about it to other people. By this definition, you will agree with me that, a Consultant is a service provider and a problem solver. Because of the problems consultant sometime solved, their clients never hesitate to pay even much money to require for the services of a consultant. 

There are so many other business you can do to serve people or the public, I only gave the 3 above as an examples. Without getting you bored with my write up, you will agree with me that, for any man who desires to be rich should not only dream it, but also wake up from the dream and act on the dream to make it a reality.

Be A Service Provider or A Solution Provider and you will definitely find you way to the top. I wish you the very best of luck in your endeavors.
